RETURN POLICY
For our customers in the United States
For your peace of mind, we offer free returns exclusively for our customers in the United States!
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a return within 15 days of receiving your order.
Return conditions:
- Items must be returned new , unworn , unwashed and in their original packaging .
- Accessories must be returned with all their components (labels, packaging, etc.).
- Returns are not accepted for personalized items or underwear due to hygiene reasons.
Procedure :
- Once your application is approved, we will send you a free UPS prepaid label via email.
- Print the label, stick it on your package, then return the items.
- After receiving and inspecting the items, we will process your return and refund the amount directly to your account .
How to initiate a return?
- Go to the Help & Contact section and click on “Request a return”.
- Enter the order number , along with your email address or phone number , then follow the steps provided.
You can track the progress of your request in the Orders > My Returns section.
Returns for our customers in France
Please note that return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility. We recommend using a tracked shipping service to ensure your package reaches us safely.
